An entrepreneur at heart, Cédric Le Rouge is founder and CEO at ADEXMA, an international trade and development agency focused on European and American companies. Cédric is a leader with high-impact solutions. Excellent at driving a team toward a common vision and achieving measurable goals by sharing passion, energy, and implementing systemic change throughout an organization. His project management style is to focus on achievable short-term tasks and repeat to reach the overall goals that shareholders seek. 

He joined the French American Chamber of Commerce in Ohio in 2017, as executive director and board member, when he re-established and developed the bilateral partnership, redesigned the association as a service provider, and completed the digital transformation to respond to the needs of its global network. 

The FACC is a non-profit, non-political organization whose mission is to encourage the trade of goods and services, promote investment, provide information for business expansion, coordinate the efforts of international agencies, and foster global understanding between France and Ohio.

Appointed by the French Government to represent and protect the interests of French citizens living or sojourning in northern and central Ohio and manage the services provided by the Cleveland-based Consular Agency, with additional jurisdiction over Columbus.
