One World Day 2025
We had a great time at the 79th edition of One World Day in Cleveland.
One World Day - August 24
We were joined by several French families who live in northeast Ohio for the Parade of Flags at noon. After the parade, we welcomed guests in the French garden to taste French pastries, to discuss our plans for building the French Cultural Garden, to purchase “Cleveland Is My Paris” t-shirts and to show people the route of the 2025 Tour de France, which was outlined on the Garden’s Hexagon Terrace. Bikers enjoyed being able to walk the Tour de France in 21 seconds instead of the 21 days required for the real-life version in France! The Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation and One World Day staff supplied us with some Indonesian dancers who were fantastic, as well. Mark your calendars for the end of August next year, which will be the 80th edition of One World Day.
